This website has no forms. If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, location, description of the job and any photos you choose to send for a repair or quote. Please avoid including documents, people or other unnecessary personal data in photos.

Browsing may generate technical data, such as your IP address and logs needed to operate and secure the website.

• Handling enquiries, preparing quotes and arranging work: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, if you hire us, performing the contract.
• Responding to other messages: our legitimate interest in replying to your message.

Providing data is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you and basic information about the work to reply or prepare a quote. We do not use data received through these channels to send unsolicited advertising.

We keep enquiries and quotes for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, provide the service. If you choose WhatsApp, your communication also takes place on that platform and its own privacy policy applies. Email, messaging and hosting providers may process data in other countries with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
